Dish Design

  • Two longitudinal lanes for parallel sperm selection
  • Each lane includes three wells (A, B, C)
    • Well A – Semen sample deposition
    • Well B – Placement of cumulus/granulosa cells
    • Well C – Collection of naturally selected sperm

Functionality

  • Natural sperm selection through granulosa/cumulus cells
  • Supports both fresh and processed samples
  • No centrifugation required
  • Suitable for ICSI workflow directly from Well C
  • Incubation: 20 min – 1 hour at 37°C
